This decorative rain gauge model uses a whimsical and attractive twisting stake to mount in soft ground or mounting ring to attach onto a post. Measures 2" diameter, 23" tall. The Spiral Stake version pokes into the ground for accurate assessment of rainfall where you want it. The solid brass drain valve makes emptying easy.
Guaranteed for life. However, the glass vials are breakable and therefore not covered by the warranty. Replacement vials are available for a nominal cost. We recommend bringing your rain gauge inside before air temperatures reach the freezing point. This will keep it safely free of ice, which can expand and break the vial.
