Shipping costs are based on the amount of order as follows. The charges shown are for a single address.

Products purchased from Deephaven Direct are shipped from the location of the supplier/dropshipper. The supplier/dropshipper will determine the shipping method unless customer requests expedited service. The usual shipping methods will be USPS or UPS Ground. Deephaven Direct reserves the right to alter shipping costs when actual costs exceed the scheduled fees by a significant amount. If additional shipping charges are warranted, you will be notified before the item is shipped. If you decline to pay the higher shipping costs, you may choose to cancel the order.
Products will generally be shipped within 48 hours of when the order is placed. Some items that we sell are custom made when the order is received and have longer shipping times of one to three weeks. Longer shipping times are specified in the discription of those products, as applicable. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

RETURNS:
Please notify us no later than 15 days from receipt of merchandise if you need to return an order. A return authorization is required for all returns. Deephaven Direct cannot accept items which have been altered or which are not in a saleable condition unless item is faulty from the manufacturer. Many items in our online store are covered under a manufacturers warranty, Deephaven Direct will assist customer in returning goods to the manufacturer if warranted. All original packaging and printed material must be intact. Shipping charges will be pre-paid by customer. Deephaven Direct will refund actual shipping costs only on damaged merchandise or mistakes made by us. Items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. Please retain all packing materials and contact the carrier directly. Deephaven Direct will assist customer in filing a claim with the carrier if we are able. Items that are returned for reasons other than defect, shipping damage, or sellers’ mistake are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom or Special Order items are NONRETURNABLE. Nonreturnable items are so specified in the item description on the product page. Deephaven Direct reserves the right to inspect the merchandise for marketability before accepting the return and issuing a refund.

SALES TAX:
Deephaven Direct LLC is domiciled and registered to conduct business in the State of Minnesota in the United States. We must collect sales tax for all merchandise shipped to addresses within Minnesota. Some items, such as food and clothing, will not be taxed if exempt under the statute.
